We are three brothers that love espresso. We call ourselves home baristas, and we go to great lengths to make "perfect" espresso. We are by no means professionals, nor have commercial equipment, but we do have "prosumer" machines with E61 groupheads and 58mm VST filterbaskets.

  We designed and built Sifdis because we believe that distribution is the one remaining aspect of espresso prep that many home baristas (and possibly professional baristas) need to perfect in order to make the best possible espresso. 

  Ultimately, we built Sifdis for ourselves so we could make better espresso, but thought possibly others would be interested in it as well.
